Our Process
REGYSTRD is a powerful tool, but it is
surprisingly simple to get started.
Onboarding
After granting us access to Amazon Seller Central data through LWA (it only takes a couple of clicks), we'll import your SKU listing reports. We'll also start downloading your order history and related records.*
*REGYSTRD does not capture PII.
Configuration
Next, you'll define your warranty terms and conditions, policies regarding claim auto-approval versus manual review, map covered SKUs to current SKUs, and choose custom settings (such as your logo and brand colors).
Publish
Make your private regystrd.io subdomain (or vanity URL)* available to your customers. Don't want to go live immediately? No worries. You can play around with the system and then reset before launch.
*vanity URL feature is coming soon.
Review
You review claims submitted by your customers (all they need is an order number and an email). REGYSTRD makes it easy to view order history (including refunds and returns), to make changes to claims, and to contact customers for more information.
Fulfill
Once a claim is approved, you create 'one-click' fulfillment order requests that are sent through Amazon SP-API to Amazon FBA.* Don't use FBA? You can export your claims and then upload them into your 3PL of choice.
*If you've enabled auto-processing, then you don't have to lift a finger.
